68pk Terms & Conditions

1.Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "68pk" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the operator of the 68pk online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at 68pk.pro.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on 68pk or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User upon successful registration, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or non-cashable balance issued to a User's account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity documents and proof of payment method, as may be required by 68pk or applicable regulatory requirements.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the 68pk platform for users based in Pakistan.

References to any statute or regulation include any amendments or re-enactments thereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 68pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 68pk strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all necessary steps to enforce this restriction.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 68pk employee or affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 68pk for breach of these Terms.

68pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on 68pk at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 68pk account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 68pk immediately via the support channel.

68pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, or arbitrage betting at a scale damaging to the platform's commercial integrity.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirements or licensing obligations necessitate account closure.

Account closure requests submitted voluntarily by Users will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

68pk supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary based on the User's location and prevailing banking conditions in Pakistan.

All deposits are credited to the User's account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 68pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunications failures affecting mobile wallet services in Pakistan.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 68pk account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed within the platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• 68pk reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding defined thresholds or where suspicious activity is identified.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Processing times are subject to the timelines of the receiving payment institution; 68pk targets same-day processing for verified accounts.

5.Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 68pk — including cricket, PSL, snooker, UFC, football, and all other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published within the platform's betting rules section and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

General sports betting rules applicable across all markets on 68pk include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 68pk does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted under the platform's cash-out feature.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include void settlement and stake return.
• 68pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. Affected Users will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time risk controls. 68pk may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

PSL (Pakistan Super League) markets receive enhanced coverage on 68pk, including ball-by-ball in-play betting, player performance markets, and special competition-wide outrights. These markets are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published on the platform.

6.Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on 68pk are provided by certified third-party game studios operating under recognised gaming certifications. The random number generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently tested for fairness and compliance.

By participating in any casino game on 68pk, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by trained dealers under camera supervision.
• Historical outcomes have no bearing on future results. No strategy, system, or pattern of play can alter the mathematical house edge built into any game.
• Malfunction of any game software or hardware voids all affected plays and wagers. Stakes will be returned to the User's account in the event of a verified malfunction.
• 68pk reserves the right to impose individual game limits, including maximum bet sizes and maximum win amounts per session, to manage platform risk.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

68pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to registered Users, including welcome bonuses, PSL special promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Super Wheel daily prize draw. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, per promotion period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 68pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have opted in and begun wagering.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated play to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

8.Responsible Gaming

68pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform and player base. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered Users can access at any time from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 68pk account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gambling is no longer under control. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected exclusion period.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 68pk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 68pk as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events on which 68pk offers markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with 68pk staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, age verification check, or self-exclusion measure.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the 68pk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 68pk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from 68pk's intellectual property without prior written consent.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, delayed bet acceptance, or incorrect odds display.

68pk's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 68pk's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.Amendments to Terms

68pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 68pk will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 68pk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 68pk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's applicable dispute resolution body.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits a User's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.
